When you place an order

We collect the details you type at checkout: your name, phone number, email (optional), address, area, city and any notes, together with the items you ordered and the payment method you chose. We use them to confirm, prepare and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Our staff can see these details in the shop's admin panel.

Cookies

• Cart cookie: remembers the items in your cart on this device. It holds product IDs and quantities only.
• Staff sign-in cookie: used only by shop staff who sign in to manage the store.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your details.

Payments

This website does not take card payments. You pay on delivery or in the shop, depending on the option you choose.

Security and logs

To stop abuse, the website briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address when you place an order. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.
